White-label analytics for software companies, ERP vendors and service providers.
Put live dashboards inside your own product, or run an entire business intelligence platform under your own brand, with a back office to manage every customer, plan and invoice. Both are part of the Enterprise plan, and each of your customers only ever sees their own rows.

What is a white-label analytics platform?
A white-label analytics platform is business intelligence software you offer to your own customers under your brand instead of the vendor's. Klayara supports two forms on its Enterprise plan: embedding live dashboards inside your product, where each customer sees only their own rows, and running the whole platform under your brand, with an operator console to set up customers, plans and invoices.
White label BI: two ways to put analytics under your brand
There are two kinds of white-label analytics, and Klayara does both. The first is customer-facing dashboards inside a product you already sell: a sales report in your ordering portal, a stock view in your distribution app, a receivables ageing page in your accounting software. The second is a full BI platform your customers log in to, sold and run by you as your own service.
The first suits software companies that want reporting as a feature of their product. The second suits consultancies, managed service providers and ERP resellers who want to offer business intelligence as a product in its own right, with their name on it, their plans and their invoices.
- Embed in your product — dashboards appear inside your app, under your login
- Run the whole platform — your customers use a complete BI product under your brand
- Both on the Enterprise plan, in our cloud or on your own servers
Customer-facing dashboards inside your software
Embedding puts live Klayara dashboards inside your own application, and each of your customers sees only their own rows. Your customers do not need a Klayara account: your product signs them in, and the dashboard opens already limited to their company, branch or account.
You decide which dashboards can be embedded, one by one, and which of your sites may show them. A cap on how hard embeds can load the system keeps one busy customer from slowing everyone else. The developer kit lets your app pass filters in, such as the customer's date range or region, set the theme and language to match your screens, and resize the frame automatically, with copy-paste examples.
Because the dashboards are built once in Klayara, a new chart reaches every customer at the same time. Your team stops writing one-off reports for each account, and your customers stop exporting data from your product to build their own spreadsheets.
Resell BI under your own brand
A white-labelled deployment runs the whole Klayara platform under your brand, so your customers get a complete business intelligence product from you. They connect their own data from 50+ sources, build dashboards with 100+ chart types, write formulas with 138 functions, schedule reports and set permissions, all inside your service.
This is the route for a consultancy that builds dashboards for clients and wants to keep them on a platform it controls, for a managed service provider adding analytics to its catalogue, or for an ERP vendor or reseller that wants reporting on top of the systems it installs. Each customer gets its own workspace and its own data, kept apart from every other customer.
An operator console for multi-tenant analytics
The operator console is a back office, separate from the customer app, where your staff run every customer, plan and invoice. Creating a customer takes one form: the customer, its owner and its storage are set up together, and a customer can be suspended or reactivated in a click.
You build your own plans with seats, trials and limits, switch features on per plan or per customer, and offer a private plan to one customer. Billing controls include grace days, a clear lock screen when payment lapses, and invoices your customers can see in the product.
- Dedicated servers per customer — give a large account its own database servers with a setting
- Supervised support access — open a customer workspace for 15 minutes, with a visible banner and a record of it
- AI pricing per customer — set AI rates and your markup, and see usage by customer
- Operator roles — eight operator permissions control what each member of your staff can do and see
Keeping each customer to their own data
Every white-label setup depends on one rule: a customer must never see another customer's numbers. In embedded dashboards, each viewer arrives already limited to their own rows, and the limit holds on every chart, drill-down and download they can reach.
On a white-labelled platform, each customer has its own workspace, and inside it their own administrators decide who sees which branches, regions or columns. Row and column rules set once apply to dashboards, downloads, scheduled reports and AI answers alike, so there is no side door. A plan change or billing lapse never switches a security rule off.
Where a white-label analytics platform runs
Klayara can run in our cloud, in the cloud region you choose, in your own data centre, or fully offline. For many service providers in regulated or government work, running on their own servers is the deciding factor, and for others a particular region matters because their customers ask where their data sits.
The self-hosted product is the full product, with no licence server, no usage tracking and no call-home. It scales out as you add customers, heavy data loading can run separately from dashboards, and your IT team gets the health checks, monitoring and logs it expects. Anything the screens do can also be automated through a documented interface, which matters when you onboard customers from your own systems.
From first click to everyday use.

Which Klayara plan includes white-label analytics?
Enterprise. Embedding dashboards in your own product, white-labelled deployment, the operator console and self-hosting are all part of the Enterprise plan. Talk to sales to scope which of them you need.
Do my customers need a Klayara login to see embedded dashboards?
No. Your product signs them in and the dashboard opens limited to their own rows. They never create an account with Klayara and never see a Klayara sign-in screen. Your product stays the only place they log in.
Can one customer ever see another customer's data?
Not through Klayara. Embedded viewers arrive limited to their own rows on every chart, drill-down and download. On a white-labelled platform each customer has its own workspace, with its own row and column rules inside it.
Can I set my own prices and plans for my customers?
Yes. The operator console lets you build plans with seats, trials and limits, switch features on per plan or per customer, offer a private plan to one customer, and set AI rates with your own markup.
Can my support team look into a customer's workspace?
Yes, with supervision. Support can open a customer's workspace for 15 minutes, with a visible banner and a record of the visit, so access is never silent. Operator roles decide which of your staff may do this at all.
Can we host the white-label platform on our own servers?
Yes. Klayara runs in our cloud, in the cloud region you choose, in your own data centre or fully offline. The self-hosted product is the full product, with no licence server and no call-home.
Can the embedded dashboards match our product's look and language?
Yes. The developer kit lets your app set the theme and language of the embed, pass filters in, and resize the frame automatically to fit your pages. Copy-paste examples help your developers get the first dashboard showing quickly.
See it on your own data.
Bring one report your team relies on. We'll rebuild it live in Klayara, with your permissions, so you can judge it on real numbers.
