Do we have to move our data into Klayara?
No. You choose per table: connect it live, so the data stays in your own database — or import it into Klayara when you want extra speed. Most teams mix both, even on the same dashboard.

Does Klayara work with our ERP or accounting system?
Yes. Klayara is not an ERP; it is the reporting layer on top of one. It connects live to the database behind SAP Business One, Business Central and Odoo, brings Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, QuickBooks and Xero in on a schedule, and turns them into dashboards and a monthly pack that sends itself. Can Klayara run on our own servers?
Yes. Run it in your cloud account, your data centre, or even a network with no internet access. Klayara never phones home — no tracking, no hidden connections.
Who can see our data?
Only the people you allow. Set rules once — which rows and which columns each person or team can see — and Klayara applies them everywhere: dashboards, downloads, scheduled reports, embedded views and AI answers.
Does the AI see everything?
No. The AI can only see what the person asking is allowed to see, and it answers with real charts built from your data — not guesses. You choose the AI provider, including one that runs entirely on your own servers.
What if our tables are huge?
Klayara is built for scale. Dashboards stay quick even on tables with more than 100 million rows — the speed is built in, with nothing extra to buy or configure.
