How does pricing work?
Two ways. Most teams subscribe per user — one price per person on your plan, whether they build dashboards or read them, so there are no seat types to juggle. And if you’d rather not build at all, our BI developers can create your dashboards and reports for you as a service.
Can you build our dashboards for us?
Yes. Our BI developers will connect your data, design your dashboards and set up your reports — and stay available as your needs grow. Tell us what you want to see, and we’ll build it.
Can we host Klayara on our own servers?
Yes. Run Klayara in your cloud account or your own data centre — we provide the support to get you set up and keep you running. It’s the same product with the same features.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Plans are available monthly or annually. Larger and self-hosted deployments are typically annual. We’ll recommend what fits when we talk.
Is onboarding included?
Every plan starts with help getting connected. Larger plans include guided onboarding, and the done-for-you service takes it further — we build the first dashboards with you or for you.
Can the plan be customised?
Yes. Team size, modules, deployment and support level are all part of the quote — you pay for what you actually need.
