Can Klayara send a dashboard to WhatsApp automatically?
Yes. Schedule any dashboard as an image or PDF to WhatsApp through your WhatsApp Business connection, at any day and hour in the recipient's time zone. Each recipient gets only the rows they are permitted to see.
Which channels can scheduled reports go to?

Can a report be triggered by a number rather than a time?
Yes. Automations fire on a schedule, when a value crosses a threshold you set, or when a new record matching a condition appears — for example an invoice crossing 90 days overdue.
Does each branch head get only their own figures?
Yes. Row-level permissions apply to scheduled reports exactly as they do to dashboards: the PDF or image is rendered per recipient with only their rows. There is no side door.
What does a WhatsApp report look like?
An image of the dashboard or a PDF, with a short text summary, sent from your WhatsApp Business number. It reads on a phone without opening anything else.
Do we need to run anything ourselves?
