How are permissions enforced?
Rules are attached to the data itself, so they apply identically in dashboards, downloads, scheduled reports, embedded views and AI answers. There is no side door.
Can we keep versions of reports as they were sent?
Yes. Scheduled reports are generated as PDFs at send time, and dashboards keep a version history so you can see what changed and when.
