ERP and accounting reporting

The reporting layer on top of the ERP you already run.

Klayara is not an ERP or accounting system. It reads the sales, finance, stock and customer data your ERP already holds and turns it into live dashboards, a monthly pack that sends itself, and plain-language answers — with each branch, entity and salesperson seeing only their own figures.

Why native reports stop being enough

Your ERP records the business. It was never built to explain it.

Native ERP reports cover one module and one company, and answer the questions the vendor anticipated. The month-end pack gets built in Excel from exports, arrives a week late, and two managers bring different margins to the same meeting. Klayara reads the same data and adds the layer the ERP is missing.

  • Sales, finance, stock and CRM on one dashboard, across every company database
  • Live from the database behind SAP Business One, Business Central and Odoo — nothing copied
  • Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite and cloud accounting apps refreshed on your schedule
  • The monthly pack as a PDF to email or WhatsApp, with each reader's own rows

Three layers

Ledger, model, decision. Klayara does the last two.

1. The ledger stays in your ERP

Orders, invoices, receipts, journals and stock movements are recorded once, in the system of record. Klayara reads with a read-only account and never writes back.

2. The model is built once

Customers to invoices to receipts, items to stock to sales — related once. Margin, DSO, budget variance and stock cover written once as formulas the whole company reuses.

3. The decision layer is what people open

The dashboard with their branch already filtered, the Monday PDF in the inbox, the question asked in plain language that comes back as a chart.

Is Klayara an ERP or accounting system?

No. Klayara is business intelligence software: the reporting and dashboard layer on top of the ERP or accounting system you already run. Your ERP stays the system of record, Klayara reads from it and never writes to it.

Which ERPs and accounting systems does Klayara report on?

SAP Business One, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero and Sage, plus any system that runs on a database Klayara connects to, and any system with exports or a web API through the REST connector.

How does the data get out of the ERP?

Where the ERP runs on a standard database — SAP Business One and on-premises Business Central on SQL Server, Odoo on PostgreSQL — Klayara connects read-only and builds on the tables live, so nothing is copied. Cloud systems such as Tally, Zoho Books and NetSuite come in on a schedule from their exports or data interface. Every dashboard shows when it last refreshed.

Can one dashboard cover several companies or entities?

Yes. Load each company database the same way, add the entity as a filter, and build one group dashboard. A permission rule then limits each managing director to their own company while the group sees the whole.

Can each branch or salesperson see only their own figures?

Yes. Set a row-level rule once and it applies to every dashboard, download, scheduled report, embedded view and AI answer. There is no side door.

We have no analyst. Can Klayara build the reports for us?

Yes. Klayara's BI developers know the tables behind the common ERPs, connect your system, build the dashboards and the monthly pack, and hand them over. Talk to sales to scope it.
