What is MIS reporting software?
Software that produces the management information pack — sales, collections, debtors, expenses, profit, cash and stock — from the accounting system on a schedule, as a live dashboard and a PDF, instead of a spreadsheet assembled by hand each month. Does Klayara replace Tally or our accounting software?
No. Klayara is not an accounting system. The books stay in Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, SAP or your ERP; Klayara reads from them and builds the MIS on top.
How does Tally data get into the MIS?
Klayara brings Tally data in on a schedule you choose — nightly is typical, hourly is possible — from Tally's own exports or through a connection our team sets up. See dashboards on Tally.
Can each branch head see only their own branch?
Yes. One row-level rule by branch, company or salesperson applies to every dashboard, download, scheduled PDF and AI answer. One MIS serves every branch and the owners.
Can the daily MIS go out on WhatsApp?
Yes. Schedule the daily flash as an image or PDF by WhatsApp, email, Slack or Telegram at 9am in your time zone, to each recipient with their own figures.
Does Klayara file GST or VAT returns?
No. Klayara reports on the tax figures already in your books — output and input by period and registration — for management purposes. Filing stays with your accounting or compliance software.
