We acknowledge reports within two business days, keep you informed while we fix the issue, and do not take action against researchers who report in good faith and avoid other people's data. Our contact details are also published at /.well-known/security.txt.
Data requests
To access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, or to ask anything about how we handle data, email info@dictode.com. We respond within 30 days. Customers can raise questions about their workspace's data through the same address or their account contact.
