Arabic dashboards, right to left and in English, from the same build.
Klayara's interface runs fully in Arabic, right to left, and in English. Each person picks their own language, so the managing director reads the sales dashboard in Arabic while the finance team reads the same dashboard in English, with the same numbers and the same permissions.

What is Arabic dashboard software?
Arabic dashboard software is a business intelligence tool whose interface works in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, so Arabic readers can use dashboards in their own language. In Klayara the full interface runs right to left in Arabic or left to right in English, chosen by each person, and the same dashboard serves both languages without being rebuilt.
A BI tool with a full Arabic interface
Klayara offers a full right-to-left Arabic interface alongside English, as part of the product rather than an add-on. Menus, navigation, buttons, labels and settings screens appear in Arabic, and the page reads from right to left the way an Arabic reader expects.
This matters because many reporting tools treat Arabic as a translation of a few labels on a left-to-right screen. Readers then switch to English or ask for a PDF in Arabic, and the dashboard stops being the place where decisions are made. When the interface itself works in Arabic, a branch manager or board member can open the dashboard, filter it and drill into it without help.
Bilingual Arabic and English reports from one dashboard
The same dashboard is read in Arabic by one person and in English by another, because the language belongs to the reader, not the dashboard. Nobody builds an Arabic copy and an English copy, and nobody has to keep two versions in step when a chart changes.
Picture a trading group in Riyadh. The chairman reads branch-wise sales in Arabic on a phone. The finance controller, who works in English, opens the same dashboard to check receivables ageing and budget vs actual. They see the same figures, the same filters and the same definition of margin, because there is only one dashboard.
- One build — no separate Arabic and English versions to maintain
- Per-person choice — switching language changes nothing for anyone else
- Same numbers — one set of formulas and filters behind both languages
- Each person also sets their own date and number formats
Right-to-left dashboards that keep your data as it is
Switching to Arabic changes the interface, not your data. The words your team typed, such as dashboard titles, column names and the values in your tables, appear as they were written. If your item master holds product names in Arabic and English, readers see both, exactly as stored.
This keeps reports trustworthy. A customer called by one name in your ERP is called by the same name on the dashboard in either language, so the sales team and the accounts team are always talking about the same row. If you want Arabic titles on an Arabic-language board pack, write them that way; Klayara shows what you wrote.
Business intelligence in Arabic for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the GCC and Egypt
Companies across the Gulf and Egypt often run in two languages on the same day: Arabic for the owners, the board and many branch staff, English for finance, IT and expatriate managers. Klayara is built for that mix, with one product that serves both without separate licences or setups.
Arabic-first readers are often the people who most need the numbers and have the least time to ask for them: owners, chairmen and branch managers. A dashboard in their own language, on their own phone, removes the step of asking someone in finance to read the report out to them.
Klayara connects to the systems these companies already run, from ERPs such as SAP Business One, Odoo and Tally to databases and spreadsheets, 50+ data sources in all. Row-level security, on the Growth plan and above, limits each branch manager or regional manager to their own branch or region on every dashboard, download and scheduled report.
Scheduled reports to WhatsApp, in the reader's own day
Scheduled reports can go to WhatsApp as well as email, Slack, Telegram and webhooks, which suits Gulf teams where WhatsApp is how managers actually read their numbers. The WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram and webhook channels are part of the Growth plan and above.
Each report is rendered for its recipient with only their rows, and sent on any day and hour in the recipient's time zone, so a daily sales summary can reach a regional manager at the start of their working morning, and a weekly pack can arrive on the day your week begins.
Where your data stays
Klayara runs in the cloud region you choose, or on your own servers. For many companies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where the data sits is one of the first questions in any software review, and this gives IT a clear answer.
Self-hosting, including in your own data centre or fully offline, is part of the Enterprise plan. The self-hosted product is the full product, Arabic interface included, with no call-home. The language choice works the same way wherever Klayara runs, so moving from our cloud to your own servers changes nothing for readers.

Arabic dashboards questions, answered.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly — a person answers.
Does Klayara support Arabic dashboards?
Yes. Klayara has a full right-to-left Arabic interface alongside English. Each person chooses their language, and the same dashboards are read in either one without being rebuilt. Menus, buttons and the reading direction all follow the chosen language.
Can one person read in Arabic while a colleague reads in English?
Yes. Language is a personal setting, so switching it changes nothing for anyone else. A managing director and a finance controller can open the same dashboard at the same time in different languages, and both will see the same figures for the same filters.
Does Klayara translate our data into Arabic?
No. Switching language changes the interface: menus, buttons, labels and layout direction. Dashboard titles, column names and the values in your tables appear exactly as your team wrote them, so a name stored in Arabic or English shows as stored.
Which plan includes the Arabic interface?
Every plan. Arabic and English are part of the product, not an add-on. Some capabilities that Gulf teams often want, such as row-level security and WhatsApp delivery, start on the Growth plan, and self-hosting is part of Enterprise.
Where is our data stored?
In the cloud region you choose, or on your own servers. Running Klayara in your own data centre or fully offline is part of the Enterprise plan. Either way, the full product runs there, Arabic interface included.
Can each branch see only its own figures?
Yes, on the Growth plan and above. A row-level rule set once limits each branch or regional manager to their own rows on every dashboard, download and scheduled report, in either language.
Can reports be sent to WhatsApp?
Yes, on the Growth plan and above. Scheduled reports can go to WhatsApp, email, Slack, Telegram or a webhook, rendered for each recipient with only their rows and sent in their own time zone.
